I’m so excited to share our interview with The Boys Club next week, the first interview in our new upcoming series (with The Lorimer Workshop after them!) . The minute I found their site I fell in love with their affection for making good cocktails, their storytelling… and their delicious cocktail ‘Bourbon Bomber’. Russell, the editor-in-chief, recomended their Egg Nog Cocktail for the holiday season and we had to share with you before Christmas.

Egg Nog Cocktail
Yield: 1 cocktail

Serve in cocktail glass

1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 ounce cream
1 ounce bourbon
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

1. Pour all the ingreidents into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for a minute until the mixture is homogeneous and frothy.
2. Pour into a cocktail glass.
3. Top with a dusting cinnamon.
